We are also committed to keeping employees safe by following the suggestions of the CDC and limiting travel and contact. We understand your wishes to reduce on-site visits by vendors and want to remind you that Hardinge has factory trained diagnostic personnel available to provide remote support and that we boast a better than 90% fix rate. If it is determined that on-site service is necessary, we have field service technicians available to make that call and get you back up and running.
